Special issue

“Advancing Brain Health: Innovative Strategies and Action Plans for Cognitive Wellness”

I am delighted to inform you that the Journal of Aging Research & Lifestyle (JARLIFE) is preparing a special issue on “Brain Health Action Plans.” This special issue aims to compile a collection of innovative research, reviews, and perspectives that highlight strategies, initiatives, and interventions focused on promoting brain health and preventing cognitive decline.

This special issue will focus on comprehensive clinical action plans for healthcare providers and consumers that aim to promote better brain health by considering aspects such as diet, physical activity, mental stimulation, sleep hygiene, stress management, and medical interventions. We are particularly interested in manuscripts that discuss new approaches, evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs, and explore the interaction between various lifestyle factors and brain health.

We invite authors from all over the world to submit their manuscripts for consideration. Whether you are conducting experimental research, performing a meta-analysis, or sharing a unique perspective based on professional experience, we welcome your contributions.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing body of knowledge and make a significant impact in the field of brain health. We believe that your work could provide valuable insights and help shape future strategies for cognitive health promotion and dementia prevention.

Join us in this initiative to expand our understanding of brain health action plans. We look forward to receiving your submissions and sharing your insights with our readers.

Please keep in mind that all submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest academic integrity and quality standards. We appreciate your interest and look forward to your contributions.
